My main responsibilities were to consolidate all the data from daily reports input it on Excel for checking and validation. Next is to input it on SAP (an inventory system used by our client.) After that, I am also responsible for maintaining the safety stock level since we are only doing MRP (Material Requests Planning) once a week. Being on this job teaches me to be pro-active in inventory since I am handling hundreds of materials.
As an Inventory Analyst, I also have knowledge of Accounting from Receiving, Issuing, Usage, and Returns. I can also monitor the Quality and Ageing of my inventory items.
I can do Data entry from scratch to Data Analyzation. I can also do all your clerical works from sorting your files to sending e-mails.
After resigning in that position, I managed our family business. I have acquired additional skills in financial analysis and management. I can also do payroll and budgeting for expenses. In our business, I am the coordinator, supervisor, manager, and owner at the same time I learned about the importance of time management and to work within the scheduled time.
As the pandemic hit, our business starts to lose its capability to survive that's why I am here looking for a part-time, full time, or freelance job online since it is the safest way to earn a living nowadays.
