Work Terms

*HOURS OF OPERATION:
-Available all the time, with flexible hours to accommodate your needs.
-Response time: Within 24 HOURS
-Fast and Friendly communication, Quick reply

*PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
-50% payment to start the project
-25% payment on design concept approval
-25% payment at the final delivery
-Late payment fee: $5 per day

*REVISIONS:
-Revisions: 3 free revisions
-Additional revisions:$5 per hour

*FILE DELIVERY:
-Vector and raster source file( AI, PNG, JPG and PDF)
-On-time delivery

*PREFERRED COMMUNICATION STYLE:
-Primary:Guru's messaging system
-Secondary: WhatsApp

*OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT:
-Client retains full ownership of final content & designs
-I reserve the right to showcase work in my portfolio with client permission

*TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION:
-Notice period for termination(7 days)
-Cancellation fee(before 7 days): 20% of the total project cost.
-Cancellation after 7 days: There will no cancellation fee but the client have to pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date

*CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE:
-I agree to maintain confidentiality of client information and project details
-Client agrees to maintain confidentiality of my creative work and processes
