Enthusiastic, thorough, and insightful finance and accounting professional.
Not including internships, I began my career with PwC Tax. After serving clients ranging from C Corps, S Corps, investment partnerships, and high net worth individuals, as well as a 10-week advisory rotation, I wanted to learn more regarding the operations of business. As such, I transferred to their audit practice, and quickly began to excel compared to my peers with equivocal experience. Though constantly learning a great deal about a variety of different businesses, the accounting profession was too 'hindsight' driven; I was looking for something that was more forward-facing, strategic, and value-added. I made a move to a Financial Analyst role at a Fortune 150 company after a little over two years in public accounting. A little over year later, I was promoted to Senior Financial Analyst as a result of the reliability and accuracy of my work product, my dedication to ensuring the work is done timely, as well as the ability to proficiently manage a multitude of tasks contemporaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
I am proficient with advanced Excel, and also am very comfortable with PowerPoint and Word.
I am more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure a meaningful and value-added deliverable.
Work Terms
I am new to Guru, so I am not sure what is standard operating procedure for working hours, payment terms, etc. I am in the Central time zone, and work relatively standard hours (with later nights on occasion), and am willing to work as required outside of these hours.
