Work Terms

Project Scope:

**Ghostwriting: Blog posts, articles, website copy, e-books, white papers, speeches, memoirs, biographies.
**Lyric Creation: Original songs, song revisions/rewrites, song concepts and melodies.
**Creative Consultation: Brainstorming sessions, concept development, creative direction.

Deliverables:

**Ghostwriting: High-quality, original content that aligns with the client's voice, brand, and target audience.
**Lyric Creation: Polished lyrics that are engaging, evocative, and relevant to the desired genre and theme.
**Creative Consultation: Detailed notes, actionable insights, and creative solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

Revision Policy:

**Ghostwriting: Two rounds of revisions included in the initial quote, with additional revisions available at an hourly rate.
**Lyric Creation: One round of revisions included, with additional revisions negotiated based on the project scope.
**Creative Consultation: Revisions not applicable, as the focus is on idea generation and collaboration.

Payment Terms:

**Project-Based Pricing: Fixed fees for defined projects, with milestones and payment schedules clearly outlined in a written contract.
**Hourly Rate: For open-ended projects or ongoing consultation, an hourly rate will be agreed upon and paid upon an agreement.
**Ongoing Projects: A 50% non-refundable deposit will be placed by the client. If the song is not finished and the client cancels the project, that 50% remains non-refundable.

Confidentiality Agreement:

Additional Terms:

**Copyright: All work produced remains the property of the client upon final payment.
**Kill Fee: If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, a kill fee may be applicable to compensate for the time and effort invested.
**Timeline: Project timelines will be established based on the scope of work and agreed upon by both parties.
