Im jaz 38 years old Filipina. I've been working remotely for more than 10 years as a VA, mostly in the real estate industry. Recently I worked with W GroupI real estate as Transaction Coordinator where i've been more detail oriented, organized and become more knowledgeable in the real estate industry. In the past I worked as CSR, Admin Assistant, lead gatherer, assistant property manager, and as telemarketer. For me It's a fulfillment to help others to achieve their dream house. It makes me happy to be part of it because it's one of my dreams too. I appreciate and prioritize my work. I'm always loyal to my client. Being reliable is one of my top skills, I make sure that I'm always there for them in and out working hour if they need me. I treat my employer or job as a family I cared most about. Work Terms

I can work Graveyard shift for 8 hours from monday to Friday with $7 rate per hour. I preffer using Wise for payment and any communication that my client prefer is fine with me.
