Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Take-off Quantity
I am a Quantity Surveyor with 4 years of experience in Civil industry i.e quantity take off, BOQ preparation, tender documentation and quantity surveying.
I have excellent skills in AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel & Cost X.
Currently working on the following:
1. Earthwork
2. Concrete and reinforcement.
3. Masonry
4. Finishes (Internal & External)
5. Steel structure
6. Door & windows.
Projects on which I have worked: Residential houses, Commercial building, Airport, Hotels.
Will provide you BOQ and Quantity take-off sheet.
I will prepare BOQ-Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimate for Villas, Houses, Buildings, and Roads. Also, I can provide Tendering services (prepare BOQ in Tender format and do pricing for submitting competitive rates). Study all Bid / Tender documents, find out if there are any quantities errors, prepare Claims and Variations also..
Work Terms
Part-time ( 3-4 hours on weekdays) and Full time on the weekend
