I have about 9 years of experience working in a call center as an inbound and outbound customer services agent. I also worked in back-end departments where I resolve the customers complaints and follow up the complaint till it get resolved. I also have more than 2 years of working experience in data entry field, and I know all types of online and offline data entry. I love to work hard. I am reliable and fast learner, a team player and highly motivated.
Work Terms
I can work 40+hours/week according to client's requirement. Weekly or Monthly pay is acceptable.
