Accomplished executive with domestic and international experience in Sales & Marketing, Credit & Collection, Distribution, Business Planning and Corporate Strategy. A Result oriented, highly analytical person with proven success in new market identification and strategic positioning. After a successful career as a senior manager holding key positions in several business organizations, is now spending more time to extend consultation and help for businesses to flourish. • Development of Corporate strategy and implementation tracking.
• Development of Company’s KPIs and follow up with businesses for strict implementation and achievement of goals and targets.
• Preparation and conduction of Board of Directors (BOD) and Executive Committee (EC) meetings and ensuring that all follow up tasks get completed.
