Work Terms

Payment Terms: A 40% payment advance is required before the start of the project. The remaining balance will be due upon completion and approval of the work.

Refund Policy: If for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the work provided, they may request a refund within 7 days of project completion. In such a case, 70% of the project fee will be refunded to the customer.

Revisions: I will provide up to 2 rounds of revisions for the work delivered. Any additional revisions required will be subject to an additional fee.

Communication: I will provide regular updates on the progress of the project and will be available to communicate via email or other agreed-upon methods throughout the project.

Ownership and Copyright: The customer will retain ownership and copyright of all content produced under this agreement. However, I reserve the right to use the work produced for portfolio and marketing purposes.
