What I lack in professional design experience, I make up for with personal and freelance projects, and passion. In every position I've held (director of digital marketing, web/editorial intern, graphic design intern), I've been given a lot of freedom – I would gather information from my supervisor, complete a draft of the project, take it to the supervisor for review, and then make edits. This is similar to how I work with clients on freelance projects, and I believe it has been conducive in my ability to communicate with people both in and out of the work place.

My hours of operation work around my other professional commitments, but overall I am very flexible regarding when and how I conduct business.
