I have been working in the BPO industry for more than five years. In January 2014, I started working as a Front line Customer Service Representative for an American Telecommunications Company. I was promoted as an SME in August 2014 where i provide floor support to front line agents. In February 2015, I was promoted as a Team Lead where i provide Floor support, take escalation calls for a team of agents. In April 2017, I was promoted as a Coach, where I manage a team of agents and provide support in terms of performance development. In July 2018, I was promoted as Team Lead Level 3, this is equivalent to an Operations Manager in other sites. In this position, I take manager level escalated calls, provide support and development to Team Leads, manage and oversee operations to make sure that all customers are accommodated.
Prior to working in the BPO industry, i was also worked locally in finance and sales and i also managed a Gasoline Station.
Now, I am entering a new career as a freelancer, i believe that with my wealth of experience i can be even more successful in this field.
Lastly, my hobby is cycling for the past 15 years. This keeps my mind and body healthy, this helps me become more productive in my job.
