Over the past six years as both a government employee and external government consultant, I've worn multiple hats: Manager. Financial Analyst. Programmer. Survey Designer. Data analyst. Researcher. Innovator. Underlying all of those varying roles is a desire to find and solve major pressing problems for an organization. A curious and energetic analyst, I enjoy assisting my clients with defining their problem and identifying creative solutions.

Some sample projects from my career include:
--Developing and managing a survey to over 4,000 business owners, receiving over 520 responses that helped informed a major public policy proposal.
--Creating a five year flexible, capital improvement model.
--Developing employee cost projection model, adjustable to multiple inputs including workforce size, health insurance costs, and compensation growth.
--Identified strategies to increase employee compensation while reducing overall personnel costs for a number of organizations.
--Developed a set of 30 performance metrics and accompanying dashboard for a solid waste department, using input from focus groups, data audits, and best practice research to arrive at the final list.
--Developed a five-year parks and recreation programming plan for a Florida municipality
--Developed a number of dynamic, flexible excel worksheets on a variety of topics, including automating data collection and aggregation, financial projection models, scheduling, and invoicing.
