I work Mon - Fri, 09:00-20:00 hrs.
My approach is practical and agile. I work with clients to collect Business Requirements, Work to create SRS, FRS and then prepare Wire Frame to track the effort and resource Utilization. The final product is tested and goes through number of sprint based development and testing and brings in value to the table.
