Ecommerce VA | CSR
I am a former eCommerce Virtual assistant from a beauty products company. My duties and responsibilities are Order fulfillment, Track packages, Process refunds, Answers customer inquiries, and contacts the suppliers.
I was also customer service for 5 years in a Travel and Health care account in a call center setting here in the Philippines.
I am also a volunteer in our local church as part of the Registry team because I really loved having small talks, especially with strangers. That is why I choose to be part of the current ministry.
