I am a freelancer with a passion to train and motivate people to become successful in their freelancing careers. I've built a team of highly skilled and experienced VA's who are dedicated, driven and are becoming top earners just by working in the convenience of their own homes. This is the result of me having 7 years of experience in the BPO industry and 8 years working remotely for clients around the world attending meetings with pajamas on.
In my early years of employment as a call center agent, I was blessed to have a job to get by but I was lacking motivation, drive, and direction for a real career. As a result, I jumped from one call center to another and landed in different roles from customer service, tech support, debt collections, lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, and even worse, I actually landed a role working in a boiler room talking to US investors and traders pumping stocks and I had no clue at that time it was illegal. It was, however, the 1st rewarding job for me because it not only earned me my first car, but the experience I got from it was pure gold as it unlocked my ability to communicate and handle different types of people, negotiate with businesspeople effectively, and become a good salesperson I never thought I could ever be. Me jumping from one job to another in short time intervals was actually a blessing in disguise for me as all the roles I landed on molded me to acquire all those skills and made me understand the importance of it in each aspect of every business.
After shifting from BPO to working home-based, I was able to acquire short term and long term projects from clients around the globe in developing all my skills and that's what made me get better and better in what I do. I've decided to make it my niche. Right now, I am seeing a massive growth potential and passive income opportunities in this industry to provide virtual co-hosting or property management services to vacation rental hosts.
Work Terms
Available to work during normal US business hours even on weekends.
