Xactimate project estimator with Over 15+ years of experience in managing all types of residential and commercial property damage claims and Property Management(USA). I have Set priority to all My Clients(Adjusters, Contractors, Estimators)- satisfaction and to deliver the Organized and Detailed-Oriented tasks on time.

I have worked as both a staff adjuster with State Farm as well as an independent adjuster for multiple insurance carriers.

I guarantee a 12 hrs. turn-around. I will provide you a FlOOR PLANS as given, PHOTOS (if included), And with CODES + DETAILED F9 NOTES, updated & appropriate PRICE LIST in a PDF and ESX file.

I'm ready to work Monday - Friday from 6 am (CST) to 9 pm (CST) and I'm also available on the weekend on request.

Work Terms

Open to work by the Hrs. or by the estimates anyway it's suitable for you, but I preferred by estimates, where the outputs will be more accurate and detailed.

I am available M - F from 6 am (CST) to 9 pm (CST) and my fee is a per estimate flat rate:

The client will provide photos, inspection notes, and hand sketches. Please note: my estimates are as good as your photos, notes, and sketches. Roof sketches may also require Eagleview (or similar) for the accuracy or cut-up roofs.

I guarantee a 12-hour turnaround. I will give you a sketch, photos (if included), and line item details with appropriate price lists in a PDF and ESX file.
