I am a new freelancer with experience on customer service for a telco account in the US. I've handled travel advisor duties for an online travel account and a technical support tasks for a US smart TV brand. I've been always obsessed with learning new information and my natural talent for picking up new information helps me gain an edge over my competition. I can easily work alone, with less supervision, or work with a team towards a general goal.
Work Terms
I have a daytime job as a customer service representative for a healthcare account in the US, from 9:30 AM EST to 6:30 PM EST. I can offer freelancing duties for up to 4 hours outside the said time period.
