Follow up phone calls/videos as needed for additional context or brainstorming
Clients receive weekly status updates via their preferred channel
Revisions:

First revision included with final payment
Additional revisions billed at hourly rate of $15/hr
Clients provide all necessary feedback within 5 business days of delivery
