My love for the written word began young. By day I would challenge myself to beat my record of how many pages I could read, by night I would sneak novels beneath the covers long after bedtime. I penned poems and stories and sagas myself, and became enamoured with the beauty of storytelling and its connecting power.

Through my travels, I came to learn that I possessed a special talent. I can't tell you how many published books - many of them famous and consisting of multiple print runs - I've found errors in. It always irked me, stripping the story momentarily of its power to suspend the reader's disbelief.

If your readers are paying attention to errors, or awkward sentence structure, they're not paying attention to what's important - your story.

My mission since then has been to help young authors make their manuscripts the best they can possibly be.

With ten years experience in writing, and two in copyediting, it's my pleasure to lend my skills to authors bringing new and important stories into the world.

Work Terms

I work Monday to Friday, and prefer to communicate by email. However, if you feel your ideas are most efficiently expressed over video call, I'm happy to schedule a half-hour call to discuss your project at the beginning of the job.
