Having worked in a range of business I realise that there is a gap in the market for an agency which treats their clients business as if it's their own. Work Terms
SLA for my customers is:
- that they are replied to within a business day maximum
- the customer pays for all ad spend, my fee will be applied in a separate invoice based on the media spend (determined between myself and the client)
- consultancy fees are determined before the start of work,
