Hi, I am Jonathan Araujo, a Mechanical Engineer with a Master's of Engineering Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. I have 5 years of experience on the design, manufacturing and mining industries.

While I am working full time at a global engineering consulting company, that attends the mining sector, I offer services on a part-time basis with my own business JBA Engineering.

We offer a wide range of engineering services such as product development, 3D modelling, conceptual studies, detailed design, manufacturing insights, procurement, stress analysis and calculations, composites and mechanical vibrations, piping scope analysis, preparation of piping packages for bid, preparation of construction packages for bid, piping and HVAC calculations.

CAD - Computer aided Design. Softwares used: Solidworks 2016 or Inventor 2018 (up to client)

Work Terms

Ideally the work load would be on an average of 15 hours a week, but that can be negotiated.
Before the work is initiated a proposal will be written defining milestones for the project, each milestone will have a scheduled date and preferably will have payment values assigned according to the hours quoted to fulfill the task.

The payment can be through Interac, cash or wire transfer to be discussed with the client.

Voice communication is preferred, being it through the phone or Skype. Skype calls are interesting for the opportunity of sharing the screen or showing things, so it is encouraged.
