Custom Software Developer for Small Business. Factory and Office automation.

I have been developing Microsoft Windows Applications for 20+ years for manufacturing and office automation. My company works directly with various small and large companies to create Windows based factory automation software and office reporting tools.

I am finding as time goes more and more small and large companies are not looking to hire full time IT staff, instead they contract out network/pc support and the same for custom application development.
