Virtual Administrative Assistant with 20 years overall experience in several different industries. I have a variety of skills and my specialty is assisting you with daily tasks that will lighen your load. I have extensive Real Estate Assistant experience (non-licensed) handling the process from pre-list through pending status. I also have a great deal of experience working in the REO / Foreclosure process. Can assist with typing Broker Price Opinions, Monthly Marketing Reports and Comparitive Market Analysis reports. I also have a great deal of marketing experience and can create and distribute print and internet marketing / advertising materials for special mailings or marketing campaigns. Additional skills include internet research, data entry, database management, Excel spreadsheet creation/management. My guru resume covers the freelance work I have been doing for the last few years. Work Terms

I accept payment via the Guru Safepay system.  I will invoice based on your company payroll policy/procedure.  Other payment terms are accepted, after a history of working together has been established (generally 2-3 months). Guru feedback is provided for all completed transactions.  Generally within 1-2 business days of receiving payment on an invoice.  The only request I have is that if you have an issue with a project I have completed - to please contact me to rectify, prior to leaving feedback on the system.  I am located in Michigan (eastern standard time).  I generally work typical business hours; Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.   Off time and/or weekend work may be accepted on an as needed basis and/or for special projects.  Certain projects and/or communication, etc. may be completed or worked on at other times (aka evenings/weekends, etc.), to be sure the job gets done.
