I have a 2-year experience in the BPO industry, taking in international calls from US and Australia. I worked as a hotel reservation specialist, as a sales and customer care representative in the US and Australian telco account and also part of the customer loyalty group as well. I have good knowledge in data entry, excel and word. Also, I’m quite good at researching information and browsing websites to gather information for I am very curious especially with the task that you will give to me. I am confident in my abilities and I know that given proper training and instruction I can be as effective as a pro.
