First and foremost, Jeana is a delightful human being. We've developed a great rapport over the year we worked together. She was very tolerant of my quirks and not only took direction, but took initiative the more comfortable she became with my business. She's been my Jane of all trades, whether doing web research, creating Excel files, arranging my schedule--in general just taking a load off of my plate. When I gave her deadlines, she met them, and when I gave her projects to complete they were done on time and without me having to badger her or look over her shoulder. She's composed and self-assured, but not afraid to ask questions. Did I mention she tolerated my idiosyncrasies?
