While I am new to Guru, I am not new to research and have extensive experience in Web based research especially in the travel industry. As well, I have 3 years of customer service experience and know how to address customer concerns with empathy while satisfying the needs of all stakeholders. Tasks that most find too meticulous and redundant are generally tasks that I both excel at and enjoy. In addition to customer service and research I am skilled and talented at handwritten correspondence. Even a need for substantial amounts of handwritten correspondence is a welcome assignment.
