Customer Service Representative/ Virtual Assistant
Experienced Virtual Assistant for the Dropshipping and Ecommerce Business. I am previously working at an FBA auditing and reimbursements company, wherein we are discovering and reconciling FBA-related discrepancies. I do track Amazon FBA inventory transactions, refunds, seller data analytics, and FBA reimbursements.
I am also an experienced Amazon seller's virtual assistant. I am in charge of listing and uploading items to sell on Amazon and doing customer service support through email. Also, in charge of communicating with the suppliers with regards to merchandise and shipping concerns.
I have over 5 years of experience in BPO as a Customer Service Representative. I've been in chat support and email support for one of the largest retail companies in the US (Amazon). I also worked as an inbound Customer Support for an Australian Bank. I know how to deal with different types of Customers. I can work with minimal supervision because I'm a fast learner.
