A dedicated Social Media Manager and a Customer Service Representative ensuring that the company’s social media accounts are monitored and provide communication with the users.
I am a highly motivated and determined person. I have more than 1-year experience as a Customer Service Representative in 2 different BPO industry. The first BPO that I had was a Financial Institution as a Back Office Support and a Customer Service Representative where I answer email inquiries and concerns our cardholders. I processed their submitted documents for approving their accounts and ensuring the document's legitimacy. Monitoring their account's safety as well as explaining their transaction history. I processed our Cardholder's disputes and forward it to our disputes team. I do outbound calls if I need to follow up their documents, disputes and if they are requesting for a callback.
The second BPO was a transportation network company as a Customer Service Representative. I handle inbound calls from our Partners and answering their inquiries and concerns. Troubleshooting their apps if they had encountered an error for not receiving trip requests. Resolving our partner's inquiries by delivering professional, high-quality service and quality assurance.
Also, I have a basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Zendesk, Wordpress, and HTML. I am very much willing to be trained and learn a new set of skills.
