Accounts Payable Clerk (Mar 2014 to Present)
Responsible in assemble, review and verifying invoices and cheque requests. Track expenses and process expenses report. Data entry transaction to our system (Quickbooks). Reconcile accounts payable transactions. Monitors account to ensure payments are up to date. Maintain vendor files. Produce monthly reports for taxes.
Payroll Assistant (Jan 2013 to Mar 2014)
Manage compensation packages using payroll software. Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees. Manage and calculate taxes and deductions. Update paper and electronic payroll records by entering adjustments on pay rates, employee status changes, etc.
Sales Officer & Office Staff (July 2012 to Jan 2013)
Responsible for the reseller program. Prepares invoices and answers customers' queries.
Management Information System Staff (Nov 2010 to May 2011)
Receive and check daily deliveries. Generate daily sales from the system. Follow-up purchase order. Data entry of new products or items in the system.
