My Career Story:

I'm Jeff Hilgers, a lemonade-maker and elephant in the room whisperer.

I enjoy the disposition, attitude, humor, pragmatism, and resilience to make challenging situations function to the benefit of the business. Because most businesses and teams aren't perfect.

The first part of my career was defined by my ability to help companies with nice ideas find ways to penetrate pesky new markets that were playing hard to get. And I learned over and over that the obvious entry points are not always the best.

The next stage of my work focused on helping big media companies evolve and find solid footing in a new world. Experiment, innovate, monetize.

And, last but not least, I aspire to be what we Californians call a "bro".? What's a bro? Well, I'm happy to try and help you kind and friendly people get what you need.
