I want to reach out and help anyone who has a desire to cook or willingness to learn.
I started working in the kitchens of a fine dining steakhouse at the age of 16, still in high school. I started as the steward, washing, stacking dishes and doing all the cleaning. 2 years later I was the lead cook of that steakhouse and ran it for many years. After that, I helped open 19 Steak and Seafood in Belterra Casino as it's Lead Cook. Within this establishment, I helped write the menus and recipes.
Cooking is one of the few things I'm deeply passionate about and love to do everyday.
In all, I have over 10 years in experience in professional and home cooking.
