PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
MAJOR U.S. WIRELESS COMPANY - 2003 TO PRESENT
Served as a Customer and Lead Representative before being promoted to the Office of the President for a major wireless communications company – part of the largest telecommunications company in the world. Duties include inbound and outbound calling, account research, letter writing, process doc writing, leading conference calls, and more.
LAW FIRM - 2002 TO 2003
Served as a Loss Mitigation Processor for a legal office specializing in debt collection and foreclosures. Duties included inbound and outbound calls, letter writing, document preparation, data entry, and invoicing/billing.
PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY - 2000 TO 2001
Served as a Front Office/Data Analysis Clerk for a major pharmaceutical company. Began in the front office answering the switchboard, managing employee records, auditing expense reports, managing the mail room, and completing data entry. Was promoted to data analyst and was responsible for creating and managing database for reporting transactions to the DEA as well as our vehicle maintenance database.

PRESIDENT OF NONPROFIT
I have served as President of a nonprofit group that supports and advocates for U.S. veterans and active service members. I have developed budgets, lead monthly meetings, prepared financial summaries and project proposals, prepared a calendar of events, planned and lead events, and more. I previously served as Vice President and before that as Treasurer.
Work Terms
I am looking for individual projects, temporary work, or flexible part time work to supplement my primary income. I am primarily available to work a few hours in the evenings after my child has gone to be and on weekends. I need to set my own hours but I can and will do what is necessary to meet deadlines for any task I accept. I want to be paid a fair rate in relation to the amount of time and skill needed to complete the task but am flexible and willing to help nonprofits and small businesses with tasks they can't afford to pay as much as may normally be asked of them.
