Jeffrey L. Taylor is the managing partner of USGRI.com, a Washington, DC-based government affairs and lobbying firm. He has over 30 years of experience in the government relations, public affairs, and political consulting arenas.

He provides a bridge for industry associations, companies, organizations, Tribes, and governments to communicate with Washington elected leaders and regulatory decision-makers; and helps develop a government relations program that delivers direct value to the client.

USGRI.com helps clients with congressional relations and regulatory affairs; developing a closer, more professional relationship with the congressional delegations that represent the client’s facilities and employees, lobbying on specific legislative and regulatory issues, and advising on current policy and political developments.

USGRI.com also assists clients with developing positive brand equity in Washington, business-to-government (BtoG) sales development, Association Relations so that our client’s get more out of their annual association dues, and Embassy Relations for companies that want to expand into foreign economic and regulatory markets.

He has been a guest commentator on matters involving government relations, public policy and political campaigns on news outlets such as ABC News, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, CNBC, CBN, BBC, and C-Span; and on several national talk radio shows.

He served President Bush in his Administration as an appointee at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Jeff is the former chief of staff to U.S. Rep. David McIntosh, (R-IN) ret., where he served as the top congressional, communications, and campaign advisor to the Congressman; advising him on the implementation of his legislative and political agenda. During this time, he was also heavily involved in the U.S. House subcommittee on Regulatory Reform - which McIntosh chaired - which had policy oversight of all regulatory agencies in the executive branch.
