• Researched, planned, and reduced balance sheet account for pre-paid expense general ledger from an excess in 1 million dollars to one hundred thousand dollars.
• Increased prompt payables in a previous delinquent status regarding company royalty agreement schedules. Managed calculations for royalty agreements from producing company sales by channel.
• Continued to provide direct leadership and management to the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams.
• Managed reconciliation of 5 cash accounts including multi-currency recorded properly in the general ledger to ensure accounts payable and receivable are balanced.
• Identified root cause analysis of inefficient process and procedures within the accounts payable, purchasing, receiving, and cost center departments; and provided solutions to the controller and chief financial officer.

• Provided user friendly department tools to retrieve and analyze data from data mining, query design, and advance technical reporting for the end users.
