Experienced Customer Service. I have over 10 yrs of experience that I have developed working in Costa Rica. The last 3 yrs I worked as a Logistic Specialist and live chat agent which help me to improve even more my multitasking skills.
I would be a very good asset for your company because I am able to transition into any position. I can handle emails, chats or be your Virtual Assistant. My most strongest attributes would include very good written communication, the ability to use Excel, Word, Power Point and Quick Books, to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and my ability to be an excellent typist.
