our designs are custom, our developments are hand-coded, our doughnuts are homemade, and our ingredients are local. we are virtual, digital/paperless, and mobile from the A to Downeast. our studio runs on carbon neutral servers and free trade coffee.
we we believe in strong brands, clean design, and proper programming. we are a mac, linux/ubuntu, and windows friendly studio. all of our work is stringent in complying with the accessibility and web technology standards and naturally optimised for search engines.

Work Terms
working hours ~ flexible schedule, standard business hours 2PM to 2AM EST
communication ~ via hangouts or mobile, schedule on gcal
organisation ~ sharing via gdrive & dropbox
payment terms ~ we are paperless, credit/debit/paypal
scope, scheduling & invoicing ~ the scope of the project is final with the approval of the proposal all additional work to be quoted separately. the project officially begins when the initial payment is processed. the final payment is due upon approval of the project prior to delivery.
support ~ all development projects include a 5 day warranty for basic support. maintenance bundles available or on an hourly basis.
