Let me introduce myself first, my name is Jelica Atienza from the Philippines. You can call me Lyka for short. I have almost 3 years experience working in the HR department, 2 years in a corporate set up and 6 months working remotely in an e-commerce company. As an HR specialist mostly I do the recruitment end to end process. From creating job postings, updating listings from different websites, sourcing, shortlisting and conducting an interview. Working in the HR department, I also do admin or secretarial support at the same time. Answering phone calls, doing memos, web research, data entry, relaying messages to the executives and other ad-hoc tasks. I am well versed on using Microsoft Office. Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I have also used Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms. I design logos and banners using Canva. I am optimistic. I see good and think good in every situation lol I don't want to stress myself and everyone's around me. Spread zen vibes. I am resourceful and Google is my friend. I am reliable as what my previous colleagues said.
