Work Terms
I work all hours of the day, as needed. Available by email initially. I will respond within 24 hours but most likely will respond right away if I am at the computer. I prefer to evaluate the request and then work from a flat-rate based on an initial estimate. I will develop your site on my server with half of the payment due to start the project and the rest before the handoff of the final product. If needed, with an agreement upfront, I will migrate the site to your server. Any deviation from the initial agreement will require a change order.
