I have worked many years in customer service, order processing, marketing and administrative support for different companies. I have been responsible for all customer service aspects of the company, including relationships, escalated calls, enhanced customer satisfaction, dispute resolution and call center operations. I have also processed orders and worked with the warehouse on prioritizing shipments. I also have written scripts for the customer service representatives.
I enjoy reading, walking my dogs and watching football, hockey and lacrosse.
