My name is Jencee Mari E Gregorio. I have 2 years in BPO industry and I have worked as CSR, TSR and Retention associate. I basically handled all types of concerns such as account verification and credit card update, billing, sales, chat support, and even scheduled appointments for onsite visits.
As a candidate with high esteem and self-motivation, I would like to bring my expertise in critical thinking, support, organizing and time management to contribute to your growth. Aside from my desire to help your company, I also hope to continue learning and gaining knowledge from you.
Before I started in BPO industry, I used to work for Dairy Queen as a team member. Part of my responsibility on a daily basis was to handle our end of day report and inventory not only on a daily basis, I managed them on a weekly and monthly basis as well. In line with this, it is also up to me on how to improve our marketing strategy. Aside from that I am also in-charge of our product inventory and it was something I really enjoyed doing and because we used to have a mini store when I was growing up and I am very familiar with it.
I am a fast learner and very willing to learn new things and I can do work in flexible schedule. I believe that in this line of work, my only weapon is myself and I can be trusted to work with minimal supervision because my number 1 principle is Integrity.
I have had experience doing a part time online job in 2015 with Online Image Tagging. I am an expert in Excel and Word and I am also open to explore other tools and software to be used if needed. Though I am not a professional coordinator, I am an expert in organizing events because I love gathering people in one place may it be a big event or just a simple get-together dinner with childhood friends satisfies me big time.
