Experienced Customer Service and Virtual Assistant.
My background includes serving as a customer service associate both in BPO industry and Homebased industry. Most recently, I worked as a Virtual Assistant of an Australian Doctor/Businessman where my main responsibility was handling his website, Updating his blog, Administrative task, Managing his email, and more. Second Experinced was as a Customer Service Support where my responsibilities include handling customers and order processing. A Personal secretary of an Insurance agent handling administrative tasks and non-voice account collecting useful advertisements like banner ads and pop up ads and their landing pages via websites and mobile application.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel, CRM, and wordpress.
I have a very positive attitude, easy to go along with, very well dedicated, quick learner, eager to learn new things and organized.
Work Terms
I am open for a part time to full time position 4 - 8 hours/day and 20-40 hours in a week.
