AMAZING! I own a small Graphic Design Firm and when my local bookkeeper left I decided to give Jen and her team a try. Not only do i not have to own a version of Quickbooks, but the Remote desktop connection is a piece of cake. I work on a Mac and even I am compatible with her. She is always there to personally answer ANY question and so far has ALWAYS provided me with good advice. I am very lucky to have chosen the right bookkeeper on the first try. I could not be happier and it feels like I've known Jen for ever. Worth every cent! Ken
