Hi, My name is Jennifer Lopez. I have worked as a customer service representative for a telecommunications company and for an accounting software. I answered incoming calls from established customers and helped them with their inquiries and issues. I have also worked as a virtual assistant for a real estate company where I assisted my client with database management, and other tasks such as data entry and document preparation from listing to closing.
