Currently preparing for the SF ADM 201 Exam. I am an enthusiastic and efficient team player, good communicator and problem solver.

I am currently working towards achieving my Salesforce ADM 201 Certification. Having completed relevant Salesforce Trailhead modules and related online courses I am now actively searching for freelance roles where I can apply these skills and gain the hands-on experience necessary to complete my training.

Title: Salesforce System Administrator

I have been aiding the team at Enigma after a tricky implementation process and working towards a successful user adoption of the system.

Duties include:

Carrying out Salesforce administrative work such as data entry, list uploading, list cleansing, reports, etc.
Customising the Salesforce platform to meet the company’s needs.
Liaising closely with business analysts, project managers and developers in order to ensure that the Salesforce system is managed effectively.
Creating and modifying reports and dashboards.
Working closely with stakeholders to discuss and design new Salesforce enhancements.
Keeping abreast of new CRM technology & innovations.
Maintaining clear lines of contact with all colleagues.
Identifying gaps between the businesses needs and standard application functionality.
Documenting the business’s needs.
Putting together Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and profiles.
Delivering Salesforce training to staff as required.
Keeping up to date with procedure amendments.
Handling specific Salesforce duties as assigned by senior managers.
Manipulating and re-formatting data.
Translating organisational goals from the business into Sales Cloud.
