I started my first job as a customer support and sales representative in Sutherland Philippines, located in Clark Pampanga. I was under Microsoft account and stayed for one-and-a-half-year of taking calls and assisting customers in placing their orders from Microsoft Store. I also assist them in processing their return and refund requests, tracking their orders and packages. Then I decided to stop working due to health issues. I was pregnant that time and having issues with my pregnancy that lead to miscarriage. Then after 2 years, I came back and worked in the same company with the same account but as a technical support representative wherein I handled chat support. I assisted customers with technical queries about Microsoft products such as downloading and installing Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office product. Then after a year, I was assigned as one of the real time analyst. I handled chat support agents and I was a dispatcher as well for the Microsoft Office email support. My job as a Real Time Analyst is to ensure that we meet the target service level which are set by the clients. I monitor agent status real time, run and analyzes reports and I also make recommendations for adjusting staffing levels to meet departmental productivity and profitability goals. I enjoyed the work I did as a customer support representative. I have learned a lot when it comes to dealing with different types of customer and provide them with a customer service that they needed.

I can work full time or part time. I prefer per hour rate.
