Perfection in Proofreading

I am a nerd of the highest form. I enjoy proofreading and editing all sorts of documents from books (fiction and non-fiction) to pharmaceutical marketing research. I managed a bookstore for over 10 years until the beloved public decided that physical books are no longer what they want and the internet took over. I went from my bookstore back to college and got my Paralegal Certificate. In the meantime I raised two children and maintained a healthy relationship with my beleaguered, but loving husband. In between my personal life, I worked as an Underwriter for a Bond Financing firm. This was the most perfect fit for the obsessively compulsive organized me. The best of times must sadly come to an end and when the recession hit, it hit hard on the Bond Financing firm. I found myself again at odds with life and chose to work with the public at a small company that sold propane. I endeavored to make this job a success, unfortunately the lack of consistent leadership was the final straw, and my husband saved me again and let me chase my dreams of proofreading and organizing.
