Bring on the challenge!

I am an experienced IT professional with over 5 years of experience in the field but serving in many Senior roles. I started as a Software Engineer and later progressed into positions as a Project Manager and fell in love with what I do. Project Managers have so much to offer companies than is outlined in the "job description". Project Managers have an opportunity to assist the company with organizational change, mentoring others, and developing innovative solutions that can transform companies and their employees.

I realized that by consulting I am afforded the opportunity to evaluate organizations and offer solutions to problems without being afraid of "shaking things up"! My end goal is to bring about much needed change in processes and culture, beyond the project. When I leave a consulting contract I want to have added value by first exposing strengths and weakness, then by developing and implementing the solutions that remind companies why they got into the business and breathe new life into them!
