About

Getting it done right

I've been in the administrative and customer service field for over 35 years. I enjoy doing data entry and working on documents to perfect the look and grammar. I take pride in the work I produce and will always strive to make the customer happy with the final product.

I began in retail many years ago and continued into receptionist and front office management. I've worked as a temp for many, many years and have honed my skills and the ability to learn and adapt to any situation quickly. I then moved into the technical field, providing support for help lines and inner workings of large tech companies. From there my work experience took me to the order entry and order fulfillment arena where I worked via phone on large computer systems order fulfillment. I have worked in software licensing and other very detailed areas. Always using my keen eye for details and looking out for any errors in the data.

I followed my heart into the non-profit world as well, and have volunteered in this area for many years. From phone calls, to donor lists, to helping direct on site for large fundraising events. I pride myself in doing the right thing at the right time. And always look to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction.

Work Terms

I have flexible availability. I prefer email as the form of communication, but will work via phone once the initial contact has been made. I prefer at least 24-48 hours of advanced notice in the case of urgent deadlines.
