I'm a graduate of Computer Science course with experiences on many software applications. I am very keen on details, computer literate, communicate well, fast learner and hardworking.
Regarding my past experiences, I've been a Product Lister, Product Analyzer, Customer Email Support, Account Checker, and Product Researcher. I am also have an experience as costumer service associate since 2014 up to 2016. My duties and responsibilities during that time on my work is to picking up phone calls of Customer Complain and Inquiry, Accepting cargo and parcels local and international shipment, Accepting money remittance and encashment and Accepting Bills payment Cash/Cheque thru Bayad Center.
