I strive to provide clean and accurate drawings that will depict and communicate effectively the desired design and engineering required to bring the project into fruition.
I am strongly influenced by my father's military career and my military upbringing. I see the value in strong work ethic and sacrifice in order to achieve the goals and dreams of my life. My father also had a creative and technological side. I gravitated towards this form of work as I started in the construction and remodeling trade at a younger age and discovered early on my passion for architecture and technology. I have always also been very athletic and so many of my pursuits were physically based goals which also included the type of work that I did,. At some point later down the road my passion for architecture began to surface in a new way and I began to take it seriously as a potential career pursuit. After some further self-evaluating and research and careful consideration of other directions I would be interested in pursuing, I enthusiastically settled on architecture. One of my many hobbies was to design homes and other structures and I therefore decided that I would have great potential for success and personal fulfillment in this industry. I went to college twice, the first time was to acquire proficient skills in IT as I was aware of the technological advancements that have taken place in architecture and construction in the past couple of decades. After acquiring certification in IT, I shortly thereafter began to pursue a degree in architectural engineering. I have succeeded, graduating with a 4.0 and have accumulated other awards and achievements, such as a scholarship and Dean's List for Outstanding Academic Achievement, which accompanied my success in college. I was hired into the architectural industry first at an internship while I was in college until I was hired (still before graduating) into my current position as a CAD Technician and my primary role in the design of custom homes. I also have acquired some experience in commercial projects, including parking plans, electrical plans, dimension plans, as-builts and 3D modeling.
